What do you like best about Paylocity? Multiple functionalities. Everything you need in a one-stop-shop! Super easy to use. Everything transfers between the different functions. If you interview someone, you can hire them. The data you put in for the interview process transfers to the onboarding—seamless, paperless onboarding. So easy to update from one section to the other. Everything in one place!!

"One of the better HR / Payroll programs I have used."
What do you like best about Paylocity? I like that everything is contained in this one program. You have your time record, your pay stubs, your time off request and your calendar. You also have employee training records and all employee personal information. Each employee can log in and see everything in one program. Employees can also search for training topics and can make changes to their data.
