Guiseppe's Customer Service Exceeded my Expectations

Guiseppe was extremely polite, friendly and has excellent communication skills - as well as was confident and knowledgeable. I called because I needed to learn how to credit a partial invoice for a customer. He not only helped me learn how to do this, but he asked if I had the time, he could show me around the Payjunction portal. I did not even know the portal existed prior to this call. Support team member was excellent in providing additional knowledge and recommendations. I did not feel rushed to get out of the call, he took his time to ensure to guide me through my ticket.
