"It Was A Very Disappointing Launch!!!"

What do you like best about Paycor? Despite the unexpected lackluster start, we believe the Paycor system will be a game changer for us in the long run because of our human resources, timekeeping, and payroll needs. We presently operate 3 stores in 2 states and each state has a separate FEIN. Our team consists of hourly employees who are paid weekly and salaried emplolyees who are paid semi-monthly. What do you like best about Paycor? My sales team and implementation specialist have been great. Always available to assist. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy to use. What do you dislike about Paycor? One thing I have noticed is when I hit the help menu, it stays on the screen obscuring the underlying screen I was viewing. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Fully integrated time and attendance with payroll.

We have some complicated differentials and they can't all be accomodated with Paycor. I have some manuel adjustments that I have to make so they are paid their correct shift differential.
