I wish I could give a negative star review. I switched because they were going to allow me to provide a tax credit that my previous payroll software was not going to allow during COVID. This has been one of the worst business decisions I've made. I've been cleaning up a mess that Paycor made for about 6 months now. Exposed sensitive employee information with no consequences.

There was a data breach and sensitive employee information was exposed. Paycor told my HR department that "if we are affected, Paycor will offer free credit monitoring, credit reports, and identity theft protection." Great. Several months later, I was notified that I was personally affected. When I researched the offer, it didn't seem to exist. When my HR department reached out for more detail, the response was "Paycor will not be providing credit monitoring services to affected ...

"Great option for medium sized non-profits and businesses"

What do you like best about Paycor? We made the switch to Paycor in October. The implementation was smooth and our project manager stayed in touch with me through each step. The resources for employees helped me create a guide and the videos gave different learners options as well. Since we've come online, I've never had a problem getting assistance through the live chat or sending an email. As a nonprofit, we're most excited about the customizable general ledger options. "My Personal Paycor Experience"

What do you like best about Paycor? What I like the most about Paycor is the amount of features it offers. I use it for Payroll, LMS, Recruiting, 1-on-1, Goal Settings, Performance Review, etc.. I love that I can do all of these things in one software or system and so all records are in one big "box" What do you dislike about Paycor? I have nothing I don't like about Paycor. "Great system that is always improving"

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor offers a user-friendly system that isn't clunky or obsolete. It's pretty easy to use if you aren't afraid to jump in and play around in the system. We love that paycor has so many features- Its not just about payroll- it has performance managment, pulse surveys, Learning Managment System, recognition and company news, just to name a few. What do you like best about Paycor? Simple interface, nothing else really is noteworthy. What do you dislike about Paycor? They do not support the filing of state taxes. They will not help you set up a new account with a new state. They are happy to send the witholding to the worng state without any notification. They will not help you at all with any issues that result. There is no one who responds when you have any issues with interfaces to 401-K provider. What problems is Paycor solving ...
