"Terrible product"

What do you like best about Paycor? The color of their logo is orange and bright. What do you dislike about Paycor? Customer service is terrible. Paycor has the worst customer service…

Paycor has the worst customer service and support for their clients. When you actually get ahold of someone, they don't know anything. It is hard to reach employees to get support. And worse, there isn't a department or option when calling to speak with someone regarding urgent same day payroll issues. They are supposed to be a payroll processing company but it can take 24+ hours to receive a response and then you get a new person each time and basically have to start over explaining the ...

Paycor does a legitimate effort to…

Paycor does a legitimate effort to provide upgrades and new features to add value to their platform. The user interface has gotten better over the 4 years I have been using them. The one big red flag is that their customer service is deplorable. You do not have a dedicated rep to contact so if you have a standing problem, you have to start from square one every time with a new rep. Secondly, emailing them simply goes into a black hole. Exposed sensitive employee information with no consequences.

There was a data breach and sensitive employee information was exposed. Paycor told my HR department that "if we are affected, Paycor will offer free credit monitoring, credit reports, and identity theft protection." Great.
