What do you like best about Paycor? The UI lays everything out in a really nice way. It shows at a glance where candidates are throughout the process. Probably one of the best things about it. What do you like best about Paycor? They're really helpful and friendly if you ever run into issues; software is great What do you dislike about Paycor? Only thing I've ever had trouble with was running into some issues in the beginning, but all was solved. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Paycor? Love the intuitive interface - for both recruiters and hiring managers. Other ATS companies always claim they've designed their system from the recruiter's perspective, but Newton is the only one I've seen that actually does. Their dashboard is amazing and I also love their scheduling tool. Support is always fast to respond, however there are hardly ever any issues, so rarely need to contact them.
