What do you like best about Paycor? I have been using Newton for a few years now and I would highly recommend it to small and mid-sized companies and organizations. It is a platform that has the flexibility to adapt to your culture rather than forcing your culture to adapt to it. What do you like best about Paycor? That almost we can manage the entire recruiting process from one software, which also is very easy to use. What do you dislike about Paycor? That it doesn't have report to track the referred employees. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: I recommend you to add more reports or allow to create custom reports, specially to track internal referrals. What do you like best about Paycor? Newton is extremely easy to use. Our Managers are using it so that is a major accomplishment and speaks to the ease of use and as a useful hiring tool. "Great ATS solution"

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the fact that Newton is flexible and listens to the needs of their customers. The Newton from 5 years ago is not the Newton today - it's much better! What do you like best about Paycor? I love that fact that I can easily access all of my paychecks. What do you dislike about Paycor? I think that Paycor's UI/UX is a little outdated and could be freshened op a bit. Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Very simple tool to use and great for HR. What do you like best about Paycor? I like the simple setup. Everything is well laid out and usually just a click away. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes it can take quite a while to load certain pages either due to the number of candidates that have to be loaded or many people on at once i would assume., Recommendations to others considering Paycor: Solid and easy to use. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? It sorts our candidates very effectively.

"Easy to use, some glitches with mobile use"

What do you like best about Paycor? It is easy to use with a desktop or laptop interface. What do you dislike about Paycor? The mobile log in often triggers authentication and sometimes doesn’t fully load and needs refreshed- requiring a new authentication code be entered. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? It’s ease of use and multiple capabilities streamlined vacation and sick time use, distribution of W2s, seeing past pay stubs and checking time cards.

What do you like best about Paycor? Very easy to use and find exactly what you’re looking for. User interface is very clean and easy to navigate. You can find exactly what you're looking for relatively quickly. It's nice to have all things HR all in one spot. SSO is also a nice added bonus. What do you dislike about Paycor? No dislikes.
