Horrible
Horrible, terrible, no good company. The customer service can't be any worse. Constantly changing employees, don't respond to requests for assitance. Raising prices constantly.

User-friendly system, quick support response
PROS: The information we would input is automatically saved, and customer service agents are friendly and don't make us wait. CONS: Nothing so far. The system is easy to get used to.

Paycor improved our HR system
PROS: Our switch to user-friendly Paycor was made easy, thanks to a dedicated support team I have regular calls with. CONS: We look forward to seeing additional features, such as digital reimbursements; customized job codes when clocking in; accrued paid time off in real-time.

The reporting function is a dream
PROS: The reporting function is user-friendly and it's so easy to start blank reports because I can customize it according to what I need. CONS: More report templates would be great!

HR platform that’s easy to use, with extras
PROS: User-friendly and intuitive interface that makes it easier to run payroll, add extras like bonuses/differentials, and easily sort missed punch-ins for hourly staff. CONS: It would be more time-efficient for us if the system would have an option to assign locations based on where they clocked in and out, allow timecard changes retroactively and customize the variety of departments for onboarded staff.
