"Terrible customer service - slow response times and limited phone support"

What do you like best about Paycor? Nothing. After reviewing other payroll providers, we have found that just about every provider is better than Paycor. What do you dislike about Paycor? The response time on cases is extremely long. They now limit phone support and push everyone to emails. The customer service team often isn't very nice either. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? They were simply a payroll provider.

I cannot imagine getting worse customer service anywhere else. I hired them to do my payroll and right off the start as soon as I signed up all communication stopped. The worst salesman I've ever dealt with, Chris Crawford just wanted to sign me up and then let me suffer through one problem after another. I had reached out to him on multiple occasions with no response. Once you sign up you are on your own! They claim that they take care of everything but let me tell you it's a full-time job ...

"Helpful and all-inclusive"

What do you like best about Paycor? Helpful and responsive from initial interest to moving various platforms into one great platform! That there are so many features located with a single-sign-on and administrative training to review what could be possible. What do you dislike about Paycor? Not dislike but it was slightly unclear of who to assign to which point-person for information. Some Paycor specialists were assigned to our original point person but didn't know who was handling another ...

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the ease of the platform. I feel that I have accessed all of the features of paycor and understand them. "It's okay"

What do you like best about Paycor? It's helpful to have onboarding on paycor and that the employee's have access to their profile after departing the company. What do you dislike about Paycor? The resource library is difficult to sort through and the online / phone assistance takes a long time. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Completing I9's virtually and digitally, with no need to print out documents. It is helpful for audits if / when they happen.

"I think Paycor needs to train there employees more thoroughly before they have them help clients"

What do you like best about Paycor? Their Support Center and online training. Easy to learn extra skills on your own time. What do you dislike about Paycor? Sometimes their phone support is lacking when you need a question answered promptly. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? They are helping me with tax questions from past payrolls.

What do you like best about Paycor? I like the flexibility of being able to use the app and the ability to customize reporting. What do you dislike about Paycor? I don't like that I can't always pull the exact data I need. We are starting to use Benefits Advisor, and the reporting feature is not as easy to use. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Paycor is working the kinks out of our new Benefits Advisor module as we are preparing for Open Enrollment.

What do you like best about Paycor? Paycor has evolved over the years which has allowed them to continue to meet our needs. I love their recruiting tool best. It is by far the best ATS I have used.
