"Great sales pitch, bad serivce"
What do you like best about Paycor? The team that worked on our conversion of payroll information was awesome. We came from a DOS system (don't laugh!!), and it was very time-consuming. They did it right. What do you dislike about Paycor? Once the conversion team was done, we were on our own and trying to get answers to our questions or any kind of reporting was like pulling teeth. "Paycor - General"
What do you like best about Paycor? It does offer many details to choose for the EE profile. The ability to enter certifications and courses is a plus. Program is updated regularly with upgraded steps. What do you dislike about Paycor? Some navigation issues within creating reports can be tricky. That area needs a little more "tweaking" but Paycor has been working on it. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Tax reporting, etc.

"Helps simplify complex goal management and assignment"
What do you like best about Paycor? Allows our team to tangibly translate and link the broader company goals with those of our subteams. What do you dislike about Paycor? Can sometimes be a little confusing in terms of whom or where updates should be made. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? Ensures that our teams are not siloed and working on separate unrelated tasks, and this allows us to sync our projects and goals which definitely increases productivity.

"Great ATS and more!"
What do you like best about Paycor? I LOVE the Applicant Trafking System. It has reduced time to hire and made it so easy to quickly check where we are with each position. Payroll is very easy as well. What do you dislike about Paycor? Customer service was a little slow at first. They have added chat support which has helped a lot. Don't go with Paycor, No customer service after you sign-in
We've been following up with Paycor to amend Q1-2022 Form 941's for almost 5 months and still not able to resolve the issues. Very poor customer service, you are on your own once you sign with them. They never call back and needs constant follow-up. Also, Paycor payroll reports are also not as user friendly as those available with Gusto. We had to switch because some specific functionalities were needed, now I wish we could have done without it.

We've been following up with Paycor to amend Q1-2022 Form 941's for almost 5 months and still not able to resolve the issues. Very poor customer service, you are on your own once you sign with them. They never call back and needs constant follow-up. Also, Paycor payroll reports are also not as user friendly as those available with Gusto. We had to switch because some specific functionalities were needed, now I wish we could have done without it.

"Paycor review"
What do you like best about Paycor? Payroll is so easy to manage as well as Onboarding, Attendance and PTO monitoring. What do you dislike about Paycor? The downside is the system itself being slow at times and not letting us access anything. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? I have had no problems other than the system not working correctly.

The implementation process was a nightmare. We did not have one project manager, just separate contact on each section of payroll, benefits, recruiting, and time and attendance.
