"Good Product, Lacking Customer Service"

What do you like best about Paycor? We utilize the Recruiting Portal and I like that it links directly into our Onboarding for new hires. I also think the ease of use for any time clock employees is goodbecasue they can use their mobile devices. What do you dislike about Paycor? "Paycor is Still Growing and Continuously Striving for Improvement"

What do you like best about Paycor? The navtigation throughout the system is pretty intuitive. The timecard management is simple for all users as well. What do you dislike about Paycor? The reporting could be more robust in order to fit company demands. An assigned account support person that is readily available within a couple hours would be ideal rather than the ticketing system. What do you like best about Paycor? The ability to connect Paycor Recruiting with the rest of the interface What do you dislike about Paycor? There was definitely a learning curve in order to become comfortable. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? The process of bringing on new hires is so easy/electronic. Which is super beneficial as we have quite a few remote workers.

What do you like best about Paycor? When you finally get someone's attention at Paycor, they're good at what they do and they will help out. There is a lot to learn with Paycor products and it works well when it's working how it should. For the most part, Paycor does what we need with less manual steps involved, which was our ultimate goal and reason for choosing Paycor above other HRIS. What do you dislike about Paycor? What do you like best about Paycor? Payroll calculation and submission, useful reports What do you dislike about Paycor? Payroll tax problems/importing termed ee's/importing wrong earnings codes. What problems is Paycor solving and how is that benefiting you? When paycor sets up and pays payroll taxes correctly, it is a big time saver. Garnishment payment as well.
