Paycom - Easy to use

What do you like best? I love that it takes a lot of the questions that I would be submitting to accounting or HR out of their hands and into mine. I can find all the information that I need in one place, quickly. What do you dislike? We do our reviews through a module on Paycom. Good for a small bussiness

What do you like best? It's all in one! ATS, HRIS, Payroll, Performance Management, Expenses, Surveys! Almost all the HR technology you need for a small business can be provided by Paycom, all in one system with one login. What do you dislike? As you become a larger company, you start to notice some inefficiencies and areas of opportunity. What do you like best? This is a bundle of options within the tool. Very useful. Performance Management is great. What do you dislike? The page is not intuitive enough when compared to other tools available on the market. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looks good, performs poorly.

What do you like best? Reporting options are great, just check the box. What do you dislike? They say they have a tax department but given how bad it is messed up, I doubt it. Recommendations to others considering the product Need a simple business. Single state is best. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? They process checks and that’s all they are good for.

Overall Paycom has a lot to offer and I have been able to learn the system pretty easily.

What do you like best? I like the ability to create notifications and build Reports that generate them self's. Help to lower the level and remembering the little things. What do you dislike? I wish the system could speak to all forms within an employee profile and i have been having issues with the scheduling system not working to lock out employees until there schedule shift. It worked well for me

What do you like best? It is easy to navigate, simple, not too many glitches What do you dislike? there wasn't much that I didn't like about using it, it's nothing special but it works well for what it does. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Paycom to track hour hours of work - it allows us to take time off and log it, so that we can track all of our PTO information which is helpful.

Easy to use

What do you like best? Simple to use, lots of accessible features. What do you dislike? The only thing I dislike is how the list of the Documents to be completed is shown on the screen. Simple to use

What do you like best? It is pretty straight forward on how to use it. I only use it for W2, looking at pay stubs, approving time off, requesting time off, and approving time sheets. What do you dislike? You do have to go into the client side vs employee side for approving time. I wish it was all in one. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic HR tasks.
