What do you like best? It's convenient to be able to clock in and out, and request time off using Paycom. What do you dislike? It glitches a lot and I have heard my colleagues express frustration with getting documents to our employees and ease of use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to have our benefits in one place, and our hourly employees are able to use their phones to clock in and out

Clean and easy Interface for Users

What do you like best? I was able to easily access pay stubs, request work off, special requests, and communicate efficiently with management What do you dislike? Logging in was tricky at times if you didn't remember your credentials with the forgot password/security questions. Effectiveness of Paycom

What do you like best? I have used similar services, and Paycom gets the job done promptly. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about Paycom. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll and human resources; ease of use.

Good but not aesthetically advanced.

What do you like best? Paycom has many capabilities. You can do a lot with one system! What do you dislike? Kind of clunky. Not super user friendly. Abundantly tedious software with confusing interface providing the worst user experience.

What do you like best? The overly secure login system always logs me out and asks these security questions that no-one ever remembers answers to. So I guess that since it takes me at least 10 minutes to log in, then it must be impossible for a hacker to break into the system. What do you dislike? Easy to use and manage

What do you like best? Modern dashboard and UI that comes with phone app, secure fingerprint login too. What do you dislike? Nothing really, didn't like their UI but they recently updated it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily track documents that needs to be signed, and check vacation time, pay stubs, current and historically.

What do you like best? I really like the dedicated support and that you ALWAYS get to speak with someone there. Even if the dedicated rep is busy, there is someone else ready to take your phone call.
