I'm a newbie to an HR system like Paycom. I have found it easy to use and navigate, and I feel like it gives me managerial power that I didn't have before in that everything is at my fingertips, both for me as an employee and for me as a director. And expenses are much, much easier to handle.

What do you like best about Paycom? I like that Paycom can handle multiple businesses with hundreds of employees without missing a beat. By allowing employees access to their payroll information, we have decreased the time it takes to process payroll ,and we have fewer mistakes to correct afterward.
