What do you like best about Paycom? Our company has used the Paycom payroll system for over 17 years. Their system allows the payroll process to take only minutes each month. The software is easy to use, and the customer service is excellent. Paycom streamlines the payroll process, tax rates, tax filings, accruals, and the preparation of W2's. What do you like best about Paycom? The transition team was excellent in all aspects. The Paycom team worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was ready and moving comfortably. Also, they provided recordings of all meetings and were readily available for any questions.

Paycom has the best customer service…
Paycom has the best customer service I've ever experienced with any kind of vendor ever. Megan has been so patient and kind as I've struggled to learn the system. Claire has been a great help as well.

"Organization of all HR policies and documents"
What do you like best about Paycom? Having all of our policies and HR information in one location for employees to have easy access has been a game changer. Employees can sign off once they've read the policy and we can verify that the information is available to every employee.

It has been a huge support to be able…
It has been a huge support to be able to house all policies and documents related to HR in one place for our employees. Prior to Paycom, we had policies saved in a variety of locations and it's been so much easier for employees to have it housed within Paycom. I also have enjoyed the articles that are sent out regarding leadership, HR and other trends in the industry.
