We have had a great experience with paycom because we were able to eliminate several platforms that we were using into one. We had one for recruitment, another one for payroll and yet another one to keep tract of performance evaluations and other personnel changes. The independence provided to employees has been phenomenal. they have the independence to make changes, request time off, and overall have the independence that places them in control of their own information.

i started using paycom years ago when my previous payroll company continued to raise their rates and reduce their service. not only is it great using a local company, but the software is incredibly easy to use and the live support is always friendly and knowledgeable. i highly recommend paycom!

What do you like best about Paycom? The platform is extremely user-friendly, and in the event that you need assistance, their payroll specialists are very responsive to both phone calls and emails. The updates that are done to the platform are well thought out and make sense to the business and to the employee.

Switching over to Paycom

The company that I work recently switched our payroll over to Paycom. The training that we received before the change was very helpful and truly gave you all the information we needed to get started. Your website is very user friendly as well as the app. They are both easy to navigate. I think our change to using Paycom has been a very smooth transition.
