I'm a newbie to an HR system like Paycom. I have found it easy to use and navigate, and I feel like it gives me managerial power that I didn't have before in that everything is at my fingertips, both for me as an employee and for me as a director. And expenses are much, much easier to handle.

What do you like best about Paycom? I have different HR team members, including payroll, HR administration, and talent acquisition, to manage approximately 200 employees with different state locations. We used Paycom for all modules, and with the timely manner responses from our dedicated specialist, we were able to manage our employees promptly and support employees' needs

From the time I reached out to the sales team and met with us throughout the implementation has been an easy transition. What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom has the best customer service. They walk me through everything. They are always available and transparent. Iv never felt like I was left in the dark.

What do you like best about Paycom? I like that Paycom can handle multiple businesses with hundreds of employees without missing a beat. By allowing employees access to their payroll information, we have decreased the time it takes to process payroll ,and we have fewer mistakes to correct afterward.

Great transition!

We made the decision to start using Paycom this year with our first payroll in July. It has been a wonderful transition! It used to take a few days to manually calculate timesheets and process payroll but now the process is so much faster and more efficient! Yes, there is a learning curve for everyone, however, our implementation team has been great and are quick to respond and help. I would not want to go back to the way we were doing payroll. What do you like best about Paycom? Our Paycom team is always there to help and support us whenever we have questions. IF, they don't know the answer off the top of their head they'll find it for us quickly.

My employees really like Paycom's app. As an HR, I love how the system is very robust, with tons of data and features. The report center is extremely easy to use, and I always have data easily accessible. The implementation is very detailed and I feel very confident with the training provided.
