Intuitive and easy to use
I have been a user of Paycom's HR software for 6 months now. It has been great to work with and is very intuitive for users. I like being able to readily access my personal information and other HR related documents, forms and data. Everything flows and appears in a organized manner. It has been a great product.

Our implementation team was top notch
Our implementation team was top notch! Not only did they have a tremendous understanding of their product, but they also understood the world of HR and how to use the system to provide more automation to many of our processes.

A1 Service
My implementation process was definitely challenging as we had many modules to set up. However, my PAYCOM team was there every step of the way! Answered every question, provided training, and even came onsite to make some processes even easier. The system is user friendly and the work flow process was very well thought of in the creation of this platform. I'm excited to be a PAYCOM Client, and you will be as well!

We switched from another popular payroll system that is having customer service issues. Paycom provided excellent implementation experts that were knowledgeable and available. Customer Service has been a breeze and very helpful in learning the system,

Ideal for small businesses
I have a small business and with some understanding on how to run payroll. Heaven, was my sales rep and she walked me through the entire process. Their ATS system is a plus for me. I would recommend Paycom, if you're looking for a hassel free payroll service.

"Efficient, Empowering and Easy Navigation"
What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom's interface is aesthetic, easy to navigate and has empowered me to take a more active role when it comes to my paychecks. The customer support team is also fantastic and is always quick to respond to any questions my team or I might have.

What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom has always been the pillar of HRIS and Payroll systems and I am so glad that we chose to sign up with them. Our implementation specialists have been extremely helpful and have provided us with superior service. Communication is excellent.
