Paycom and its employees has been everything we were promised.

Paycom and its employees has been everything we were promised. We are able to do reports in minutes, that previously took us days to complete. We are able to keep all employee data in one centralized location. Employees are able to access all of their pay, PTO accruals and other information on their own personal devices at any time of day. I would absolutely recommend Paycom as a centralized HR and payroll resource.

Zack Castillo site visit…

Zack Castillo contacted me & stopped by to introduce himself as our new Client Relations Representative. His fun, outgoing personality made it easy to talk to him. He expressed interest in AST as a client and things that Paycom could improve, as well as on a personal level talking about OKC Thunder and other sports. It had been some time since someone from Paycom had stopped by, so it was nice to see a representative in person again.

From PEO to Paycom: A Transition Success Story

I switched to Paycom from a PEO simply because we needed a platform that allowed up to scale quickly/easily and to reduce costs. I also wanted a system that was mobile-friendly as we have a fairly young workforce that's always on the go. Paycom has a wonderful Team of Support and goes the extra mile to find solutions to everyday payroll challenges. There are so many options within the program that it is hard to keep up with what is available to use. Knowledgeable, Prompt, and Efficient Support

I was give clear instructions about how to use the new software updates. I appreciated having multiple ways to learn the new material. I received 1:1 instructional calls, handouts, and videos to reference as I navigated a new system. The team was knowledgeable about the product and clear about what to expect from the update. All of my questions were answered and I felt comfortable using a tool I had not used before.
