User Friendly, Good Product

What do you like best? I like that Paycom is very user friendly and straight forward. What do you dislike? I don't like when I go to a Payroll Transaction and try and find an employee, I have to click on the drop down. I wish I could just search for that employee instead of clicking the drop down menu and then clicking through. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll for the entire company

What do you like best? The thing I like best about Paycom is the option to use a paycheck calculator so I know how much I have for bills. It's also super easy to clock in an out at work! What do you dislike? The only issue I've encountered is it sometimes won't clock me out for the day if I've clocked out at lunch. Paycom is the Worst

What do you like best? Their logo is the color green, and I like the color green, I guess. There is nothing else going for them. They are so bad. Read the other reviews. Don't sign up with them unless you are masochistic. What do you dislike? The UI, their tech support, their sales staff, management staff, pretty much anyone that works there. Awful. What do you like best? The Payroll process isn't too bad and our employees are paid. What do you dislike? Too many items....poor functionality, UI, reports, on-boarding ATS, HRIS, customer service, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are looking for only payroll, it isn't too too bad, but utilizing any of the other modules is a big mistake. What do you like best? The reporting functionality is fairly capable, albeit difficult to use. One local technical person was great, but the rest of team in Oklahoma had been disappointing. What do you dislike? We switched from ADP to Paycom. Big mistake. While we were not happy with ADP, we had no idea how terrible Paycom would be. Conversion was expensive and full of errors. What do you like best? Paycom has consistently added new features and worked with my company to make sure we are getting the most out of its product. Most of the customer support team is very helpful and if they do not have an answer for you right away, they will look into it. What do you like best? I like how Paycom is all online and everything is contained on the web without use of paper. It really cuts down on lags due to sending paper around from office to office or person to person. Extremely Poor!

What do you like best? Clean appearance and not receiving calls to purchase other products. What do you dislike? As soon as you sign the contract, you will start receiving excel spreadsheets - this is what Paycom calls an implementation. What do you like best? The reporting feature is the best I've dealt with so Far. They have a ton a different categories that really allow you to create any report you need. What do you dislike?
