What do you like best? I Like that paycom is easily accessible and keeps track of all of my paychecks and sign-ins and outs. It is also simple to use and very well organized, I really enjoy using it for work. What do you dislike? What do you like best? My experience with Paycom has been great. After much research, I found them to be a perfect fit for a small company (as we are that wants all of the same services offered to large corporations. Paycom has some really informed employees who are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. What do you like best? The simplicity of the online platform makes payroll or company reporting a breeze. Can't say enough about the customer support!. A+ What do you dislike? What do you like best? The heavy lifting of the implementation is mostly done by Paycom reps. They are very thorough and detail oriented and quick to follow up. What do you dislike? Data verification once the full system is set-up - has nothing to do with Paycom but it has to be done once the system is ready to be launched.
