The implantation team was AWESOME

The implantation team was AWESOME! Very helpful and knowledgeable. The schedule that we all came to agreement on was very nice as well. We knew exactly what we were going to be working on and the deadlines we had. Even before that the Sales Team was great. Very helpful with all our questions, and made sure we knew how the system worked before we committed.

Paycom is very patient

Paycom seems to have their stuff together and has great and patient people doing the training on their products. You know it is difficult to teach new people a new product, it can be very challenging. The folks they have there at Paycom are very understanding and helpful at all times of the day.

The hardest decision was going to Paycom.

Our customer service rep, Chloe, has been one of a kind. All of my questions were answered prompted by Chloe, any issues that I faced were quickly addressed and she even went above and beyond when there were issues with another vendor that was partnering with Paycom and our company. Other members of Chloe's team have been great as well, but Chloe sold the Paycom on her customer service and relatability. Payroll provider

The transition to PayCom as a payroll service has been good. Information gathering and training started early enough that we were not rushed. Training is done in one to two hour increments so you do not lose your focus. All sessions are recorded so you can refer back to the video if you have questions. There is built in help documentation that is easy to navigate. Once you have finished training you have an assigned long term specialist team to contact that are easy to get a hold of.

"Great platform, wonderful customer service"

What do you like best about Paycom? The platform is very easy to use and can put all documents on line. The customer support is great and give you step by step instructions. Payroll is easy to process. I use Paycom everyday and it is very easy to undertand and use.

"Paycom for the Win"

What do you like best about Paycom? Paycom's system is robust and intuitive. You don't have to be a Paycom system expert to figure out how to run reports, update employee information, etc. Also, their modules are built in house unlike other legacy HRIS systems who purchase external modules and "bolt on" to their existing systems leading to poor data flow. Implementation was super smooth.
