Happy Employees and Happy Management
The app/desktop works well and has all I need to quickly find information on an employee. Also from an employee standpoint it gives he/she more control over their own info. Changes made are done by the individual who owns his/her own info. Easy to use!

First Time getting set-up with ACA
As our first time getting set-up with the ACA process, this webinar was very informative and helpful to resolve the issues. It's also nice to have the availability to re-watch and learn how to correct critical, important and general issues.

Paycom Transition
We had a smooth transition to Paycom. Everyone involved was excellent. They explained everything thoroughly and where very hands on. We have been using them for a few months now and are still learning things in the system. Overall, it is easy to navigate, and we like that the employees are now responsible for submitting their missed punched and time off requests.

Excellent service from all the specialists or representatives that we've dealt with. They are very helpful with suggestions and troubleshooting. Check-ins are consistent as well so I think that's a great deal.

What do you like best about Paycom? All the time that we have to do a report for audits or for the state is easy because of Paycom What do you dislike about Paycom?

"Quick and Friendly"
What do you like best about Paycom? Our rep is awesome! Always helpful, friendly and quick to respond with any issues we maybe having. I never feel like I am being passed around to different people to resolve an issue. We are using Paycom on a daily basis and the sytem is very easy to use. The resources/help center is also very helpful.
