What do you like best? They are always on time to make the call for payroll information. They are obliging when it comes to sending reports that are needed for audits and so on. Most importantly - always courteous! What do you dislike? The only downside I have - and this is not a Paychex fault - is that our payroll gets delivered by USPS ad so sometimes it does not arrive on time - I have asked Paychex to make sure payroll is mailed the same day as it is processed. What do you like best? I love how punctual, accurate and efficient Paychex is. It makes running a business a little easier and helps to take a bit f the load off my shoulders without sacrificing efficiency. What do you like best? The relative simplicity of the system is a great value for the cost. It has everything we need to perform payroll. What do you dislike? The varying number of decimal places used for various reports and calculations. We track time off accruals in parallel in Excel, and keeping the two systems in sync is difficult until you round the various inputs to the same number of varying decimal places Paychex does. What do you like best? I enjoy the easy online payroll input and analytics & reporting forms makes payroll processing and tracking a snap! What do you like best? I like how easy it is to submit payroll via Paychex Flex. I also like being able to quickly make changes in personnel right in my account.
