What do you like best about Paychex Flex? I like that it's so easy to do our payroll and if I have any questions I can get a reply within a few hours or most of the time in minutes, The layout is easy to use with everything being within your site. Being able to print out all of my reports etc within minutes is a big plus for me and they remind me to do my payroll on time as well as letting me know when it's all done. We have been using Paychex Flex for a yr now and absolutely love it.

"Easy and accessible platform"
What do you like best about Paychex Flex? I like that the platform is easy for me to use as an employer and accessible to my employees who wish to do things like update their address, obtain copies of w2s or pay stubs, or view their retirement profile for example. The ability for them to self-service saves me time and hassle.
