What do you like best about Paychex Flex? Reliable service and rock solid support when questions or situations arise. They are very helpful when I make a mistake. Quick to find solutions to problems. Very easy to enter payroll in bits and pieces if necessary.

Flexible software!
PROS: Paychex (the software and the support team) has been really helpful to our HR management. The software allows us to do a lot of things such as reprinting pay stubs and tax forms, reviewing cash requirements, and early submission of payrolls. The support team is very professional and reliable!

What do you like best about Paychex Flex? I like the special individualized service that is given to me and our employees by having a Payroll Specialists. She always takes time to answer my calls and emails on various subjects that come up. I appreciate Merima Turcinhodzic for taking extra efforts to insure all questions are answered in a timely manner.
