The technical help I receive at Patriot Software is definitely the selling point. Of course the technical help agents cannot help you with deeper accounting issues, but that's OK. They will definitely guide you to understand how the software works. Recently I encountered a pretty sticky problem that was complex. (It turns out that it was caused by my own user error.)
