Company have a lot of options
Company have a lot of options. I’m not a tech person and the setup and using the program is user friendly. A plus for me. Customer service is always great

Patriot is the easiest company to work…
Patriot is the easiest company to work with as their support staff is in the US and all competent and speak and understand English. It is never a headache calling them. The wait times are reasonable compared to most companies in this industry.

Payroll made easy with Patriot
The transfer of my accounts was an easy and quick process. Any questions I had were easily answered by customer service. Patriot makes payroll quick and easy. I highly recommend Patriot.

The software is professionally done
The software is professionally done. I'm a software developer and I have high standards, but this one ticks all the boxes. The only complaint I have is that the invoice search can be a bit slow. I would have also liked it if there were an invoice upload for on-boarding. Lastly, I would love to see an API, if for no other reason than to more easily backup data.
