The customer service from patriot software is spot on. The people are very patient and kind. I like that I can understand them when I'm asking a question and not having to have them repeat themselves.

The software is really user friendly. I am able to get quick and concise answers when I do have questions. The Help Desk is friendly and knowledgeable.
