We had to make a quick transition from QuickBooks payroll and chose to go with Patriot. It was the right decision! Patriot’s set up information, process, help articles and exceptional customer service made it easy. We had a very tight window to get up a running with direct deposit, but navigated it with reliable information from the support folks.

Excellent programming. Excellent staff. I signed up in haste, then realized I needed to wait until 2026 to start, and they refunded my money. I will be starting with them again.
