What do you like best? Easy to read text & easy to navigate site. Graphics are easy on the eyes. Good customer support. What do you dislike? The direct deposit 3rd party Patriot uses- absolute nightmare to sign up for. The verification they require is unbelievable & completely unnecessary. What do you like best? I love the ease of use in the software. It is easy to navigate through. What do you dislike? I guess I would say that I would like customer service to stay open a little later than 4:00 cst Recommendations to others considering the product: Not just yet. But I love it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am able to provide my companies with prompt service and that solves problems within itself.

Recommendations to others considering the product: Get the full service payroll plan to automate your tax deposits and filing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paying myself payroll, paying payroll taxes and filing payroll tax returns.
