Great Customer Service!
What do you like best? It has a check list to follow to make sure you do all that is needed. What do you dislike? It can be a little confusing finding the right reports that don't duplicate information on other reports What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed an easy way to do payroll that doesn't take much time. This works!

Amazing Value
What do you like best? I do all of my work in the cloud and am impressed with the functionality and value of Patriot Software's offerings. It allows me to continue working in the cloud without paying the insane payroll costs of Xero/Intuit (per company). I simply bundle the cost of Patriot in my services pricing and get to work for my clients. What do you dislike? I think the accounting functionality, while user-friendly for non-accountants, is not as flexible as what Intuit & Xero ...
