I had a lot of questions, and they did a great job of answering the phone and helping. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Most of everything we need for payroll. Super easy to use. They have excellent customer service and they have been very kind and helpful every time I have called. The first time I ran payroll the customer service guy walked me through step by step. the next time I ran I called just to make sure I didn't skip a step and they looked at my account and verified I didn't miss anything.
