I LOVE this company
I am a small business owner that constantly struggles with paperwork. For as small as I am I couldn't find an affordable option. Patriot Software was recommended to me several years ago and I couldn't be happier with it. Affordable, amazing customer service and EASY....I have sent many others the info and cannot say enough good about this company

Great product
Great product, superior service. Patriot Software is just a fraction of the cost of other payroll solutions. They have been, and are, superior to every other available solution we could find to service our small group of staff payroll needs.

I love the simplicity
I love the simplicity, however there are two things that I would like to imporove. 1. The amount of paperwork that our clients have to sign in order to enroll. It has been quite a while since I've signed anyone up, so this might have changed since then. 2. Would like to have the amount of days reduced to 2 days for direct deposit.

I like Patriot Pay
I like Patriot Pay. But there are good and bad parts to the service. I've used your software at two companies, with FreightWise being one of the largest. We now have 33 employees on your system. Your online help (chat) is extremely useful. I also believe you guys have done an excellent job keeping the system simple and easy to use. Good customer service
Good customer service is what sets apart most companies. There have been technical issues but nothing a quick pleasant phone call hasn't solved. Very grateful for their prompt and compassionate work!
