More cost effective and easy to use

What do you like best? It is more cost effective from the service we used before. It is simple and easy to use. My staff fluctuates. I have some staff who only work a couple of hrs. per month for me. I like that I am not charged more per employee that I choose to pay. What do you dislike? I have to scroll to the bottom to move the view bar to see my columns on the right (when entering payroll), but it is a small inconvenience. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Great product at a very good price!

What do you like best? The UI is excellent. It is very easy to set up and use. The FAQs are brilliant! What do you dislike? Not much. I wish the pricing included some of the add on services. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it! You won't regret it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Payroll and HR. I don't have to do it myself and Patriot Software guides and reminds you what needs to be done.

Patriot is the way to go

What do you like best? I like the ease of Patriot’s software. I have downloaded the app and I’m able to press two buttons and submit payroll for the week. Very convenient for a small business owner. I've been with Patriot Software for about 4 or 5 years. I used to do the payroll for our small church completely on my own, and used to cringe when the quarter-ends came around. The payroll is now very easy to do, and the state, local, and federal quarterly reports are quite easy, as well as the monthly federal and state taxes. I own a small business and find this software very helpful for not a lot of money. I recommend this to anyone needed payroll software.

Payroll Change

There is a few changes I would like to see in the payroll software that would make it a little more user friendly. For example once you start a payroll you cannot edit an employee or add an employee without canceling the payroll.
