We started using Patriot Software for our business when we hired our first 3 employees in the Fall of 2016. We've been using the Basic Payroll service for nearly 4 years now and their customer support has been AMAZING! Everyone I've spoken to over the phone or via online chat has been friendly and always helpful answering my questions and getting resolution. Great payroll software
What do you like best? Patriot Software is a cost-efficient, easy-to-use, tool for my business. While initial setup has a few moving parts and details, ongoing management and maintenance is a breeze. As a financial advisor, I have access to payroll software many of my clients use. I would say Patriot is better than the majority of their competitors. What do you dislike? Great product that saves me a ton of time!
What do you like best? It is easy to use and very affordable. The basic version has a ton of helpful features, reports, and forms. It only take a few clicks to run payroll each week. What do you dislike? There is not much that I dislike but I wish it provided more clear instructions on how to submit and pay payroll taxes. The version of Patriot that includes automatic filing is too expensive for my small business. Recommendations to others considering the product: The basic ...

Great Help!
Software is extremely helpful in processing payroll. It is easy to use and it gives you the required information right away. It can pay Federal, state, and local taxes automatically. It provides W-2's at the end of the year. It well worth the investment.

Easy to Use!
I have worked with a lot of Payroll systems and Patriot is by far the least complicated and easiest to navigate and understand. An especially good choice/value for new and small biz. Highly recommended!
