Amazing for the cost
Amazing for the cost! We wouldn’t be leaving if if it wasn’t for our workers comp provider. Unfortunately our type of business requires a Type of workers comp that cannot be deducted with Patriot! It’s an unfair world we live in. They have been good for the past several years of service, thank you patriot!

I love Patriot software
I love Patriot software. I don't need to worry about taxes my payroll is done and it is correct. I would never have time to do everything that Patriot does for me plus run my business.

What do you like best? The interface is clear and concise. Helpful hints are located right on the page. The support personnel are easily reached by chat or phone. They are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I hate to admit that I needed so much help ( I am a baby boomer) I know them on a first name basis. What do you dislike? The setup process is intense and has many steps. No worries, the support team will walk you through the entire setup process. The good news is that it ...

Love the convenience
Love the convenience, reliability, and peace of mind. Customer service has always been very helpful and able to handle every question. It’s nice to have a predictable fee structure, and the ability to recreate past reports at will. Thank you Patriot for an honest and dependable payroll service.

What do you like best? Pros: - Price - Ease of use - Confidence that the taxes are being withheld/paid on time. What do you dislike? No real dislikes. Going on my fourth year as a client
Going on my fourth year as a client. Not so much as a hiccup. My biggest fear is that they get bought by Paychex or ADP. Been there, done that.
