Relatively seem-less experience for small company payroll
What do you like best? After the initial setup which required some phone calls and a little confusion the month to month effort is minimal and the software does what is needed for a relatively inexpensive cost. What do you dislike? There is some confusion with added features/taxes especially on a state level that come out. Since I am a small S-Corp with only 1 employee (me) it becomes difficult knowing what things I need to file and how to opt out of others. What problems are ...

Patriot Payroll is a real time saver!
What do you like best? The thing that I like best about Patriot Payroll is how easy it is to use. I'm a creative type, not great on administrative tasks but Patriot allows me to do my payroll quickly and easily. I love that the site is so user friendly. I can set up my payroll weeks in advance in just minutes and then move on to things that help me business grow. I'm definitely a fan! What do you dislike? Still haven’t received our paychecks!!
We signed up when covid hit this country to get help with our payroll. Patriot sent through the small amounts to verify accounts. They then proceeded to take our money out of our business account but failed to send us our direct deposit payroll due to a failure in processing. They owe us $1570.82 from June and this is now September 2. We are at a complete loss at to which way to turn. Every time we call in, we wait for lengthy periods of time and get nowhere. BEWARE!!!!!!

When I started my new company
When I started my new company. I didn’t have to think about who was doing our payroll. I went directly to patriot. They are always there for us to guide Us through the payroll process.

Exceptional Customer Service
Patriot’s customer services is exceptional. Everyone I have dealt with have always gone above and beyond to help me. The software is really to navigate even for a computer dinosaur. Glad I found Patriot!!!

The best customer service I have ever…
The best customer service I have ever received. The gentleman that assisted me in setting up my business with Patriot Software, was great. He spent as much time as needed getting everything correct, and making sure I understood what was going on, and that I felt good about being able to do it myself.

Customer Service -- I am a Raving Fan!
Found myself working through some administrative matters with which I was unfamiliar and contacted Customer Service. Found the most delightful, professional and knowledgeable resource I could have hope for -- Cinnamon! Not only did she help me address some changes in my corporate name and how it affected my account at Patriot, she also followed up with recommendations that allowed me to confirm these changes. Cinnamon is a great asset and represents Patriot well!

Great Service
I am so glad I found Patriot Software and gave it a try. I have called customer services a few times for clarification and have received the BEST service ever. Their support is spot on, professional and quick! The interface is user friendly. Keep up the good work.

I love Patriot
What do you like best? I love the fact that I put my payroll in the system and they do everything else. They keep up with taxes and 1099 and anything that has to be done. I love Patriot Payroll. What do you dislike? Wish they would partner with Church Trac. Recommendations to others considering the product: The ease is great. I put in payroll and they do all the rest.
