As a small business owner / S Corp., I totally floundered the first year I hired someone and made myself an employee. I'm not an accountant! I hoped my regular accounting (QB) program would solve my problems and boy, was I wrong. I run a small 2-3 man cabinet business. I have no accountant or bookkeeper. I like to act like I'm a savy self sufficient business man but the reality is that I struggle with the accounting. Patriot was very intimidating to me at first but once i figured out the basics it's quite simple to use. Everything is intuitive enough for someone who isn't a numbers guy but also advanced enough for professionals. Thats why it was initially intimidating. Their customer service is also excellent. ...

I absolutely love every aspect of this…
I absolutely love every aspect of this company. They consistently under promise and over deliver! They say estimated hold time to talk to a rep is 10 minutes, never is! Always much faster. And my goodness you can’t find nicer reps at any other company! It’s also nice when you call back even a year later and the same employees are there. That alone speaks volumes!
