The support was nothing less than phenomenal!
While switching from Quickbooks 2020Pro desktop version, all was going well with Patriot Accounting Premium until I hit what seemed to be a major snag. I called the support number because I couldn't go any further. A real human answered the phone. After a brief description of what I was facing, I was transferred to another department, who answered on the second ring, and my issue was resolved within 5 minutes. Patriot Software always provides great and affordable service. I appreciate how great their customer service is and how quick and easy they make things for me. I'm not an accountant, so having to figure out taxes for my business is stressful. They make it easy to figure out and help get it done.
