A formally decent service, rendered completely untrustworthy due to it's prejudice-induced banning of certain political thinkers. Seek alternative platforms.

This company can no longer be trusted

I used to be a fan of Patreon, but I can no longer trust their services. They now ban people based on political biases. First it was Lauren Southern, which I wasn't happy about but decided to keep supporting my creators. But now YouTubers such as "Sargon of Akkad" have had their accounts suspended in the name of political correctness.

A really bad site

A really bad site. This disgrace of a Company doesn't treat fairly its customers, it often indulges in biased political behaviour against users and also delete long established accounts for petty reasons. They are firmly not democratic and against the freedom of speech. I advice to avoid this site at all costs. There are better alternatives..

Patreon keep taking my money every…

Patreon keep taking my money every month although I can't log in, the email to correct this problem never arrives. I have contacted them by chat, on their Web form, by Facebook messenger but I get no response. It has reached the point that I consider my latest 2 charges as an act of thieft.

Completely Bitter and Incompetent Support Staff!

I made a typo in my email on first account creation so i could not verify the email address. The change email address option does not do anything so i contacted customer support. They did not understand what i was saying for ages but eventually told me to set up a new account so I did. Then when I asked them to disable to old one, they said it was not possible. Terribly company, terrible support, overall just $h*t people

I was attempting to cancel my account, but I couldn't find my account info so I asked for support, but I only got one reply after pestering them for a month. I gave them the necessary information to locate my account but they haven't responded so I am still being charged monthly, which is all sorts of messed up. I've sent multiple emails to them asking for updates, but I get no reply. It's beyond unacceptable.

Technical troubles and very bad creators

Too much technical troubles and creators take money but do nothing with it. Patreon is for people who wants to loose money !

No Customer Service Period!

No Customer Service Period! Do not join unless you don't care and have extra money to spare. Patreon will not respond to any emails regarding charges issues. They just want you to pay them but in return they do not give you answers when you need it. I say they're crooks.
