My money is "stuck"

I am a creator and apparently, my money has been "Stuck" between Patreon and Paypal. After waiting for a few months and talking to probably 5 different customer representatives... I am done. My patient has limits and not surprised about all the other 1 star reviews. Give me back my money or I will take it to court

Patreon does not value customer support

Edit: Patreon claims that customer service is their priority, but for every communication channel there is a different option. The Chat bot, Facebook page and Patreon website all have different bad advices. Finally, Trustpilot gives a good answers. Thanks for the answer finally after having publicly shamed you on Trustpilot. No customer support, my membership is active according to my profile but inactive with a blocked payment according to the creator's page. Useless

It has been nearly a week now and the refund still has not appeared in my bank account, even though I can see the creator issued the refund. There is no way to contact customer support except by email and my emails only receive useless auto responses.

Customer service is nonexistent. They will steal your money.

Customer service is nonexistent. I tried to contact their support team many times but I only got a bot reply. I paid 8 usd for monthly access to a patreon but got absolutely nothing after I cancelled the auto-renew function. I can't view the content anymore and nobody at patreon is helping. Beware of patreon, they will steal your money and ignore you.

The Patreon app doesn't work all that well. At least the last few days it hasn't. I don't know if it has to do with the full moon, Mars, or whatever, but it's extremely frustrating!
