Uncaring Company
They are the most uncaring company, you can live chat, you cannot phone, they seem not to care at all. Think about this, they take your money charge a huge fee & do not even have the ability to send it to you, you then have to pay yet again to a third party!!!

What do you like best about Patreon? How easy they make it to get up and running. Selling your membership online used to require building funnels, websites, sales pages, etc. With Patreon, I've been able to sell my membership with such ease!

I can't give them 5 stars because they are pretty stupid with some things. As an example, what's the point of Patron only posts if Patreon mails the entire content to all my Patrons. I contacted them 2 times with the suggestion to send only snippets not the whole content. Their mailings notification is bad and takes away the reason to visit the Patreon page they support because they receive everything by email anyway. Charged two times lost access instant! SCAM!
Charging you two times within one week 12 dollar! In response I cancelled my donation and lost instantly access. So I lost my money and haven't access to thing I've paid for!! I've contacted support and they won't help! This company is first class SCAM!

Illegal withdrawals from PayPal
Today, I signed up for a £2 pcm subscription to Patrion, paying via PayPal. When I checked my PayPal account, I'd been charged £2.40 for the 1st of my £2 pcm payments. Being a reasonable person, I sent an email to Patrion's customer services. A couple of hours later, I received an email from (the increasingly suspect) Patrion, saying they've changed their complaints processing; despite their website supplying the address I'd emailed. hi i am Ryan i was a customer from Patreon and payed around 120 $ in Total. the 2 peoples i supported got CANCEL's without any Email Message or something nelse! I send Support Email (Ticket-No.) but after 6 days still NO-ANSWER ! What Kind of Company this this ?! Illegal
I saw a few other reviews of illegal content involving minors for sale on this website and I can validate those claims. I reported an account that sells lewd/explicit photos involving children being abused (CSAM) and followed their "guidelines" to report it but then nothing happened to the account. Its almost as if they don't care that this is happening on their website. I dont know how this website is still up after selling such disgusting content on their website, there is no way children ...
