Products not received, Patreon doesn’t give refund

I am a professional photographer and purchased two digital products worth €140 euro from a Patreon creator. Thereafter the creator didn’t send the products and closed its page. Patreon refused to provide a refund, pretending that this is normal.

stay away, they steal your money and then blackmail you by asking for your personal details, your credit card details, etc.. They are scammers. Don't give them money.

Patreon - Very poor service to rectify mistakes in their payment system.

I used Patreon over a year ago for Glazy.Org a website for potters who are viewing and developing glazes for their pottery / ceramic work. It was the only means of payment and seemed to work quite well till Patreon stopped my payments. This year in January I subscribed to Pedulla Studio in Australia. This company is bad they have sent my son an email saying that we have deleted your account as requested when he only just opened the account 2 weeks ago and paid £103 then they took another payment and are now saying we can not guarantee a refund . what sort of platform is this i think its a scam company maybe
