Difficult tool to navigate

What do you like best? The engagement studio and the ability to run drip campaigns. Also, Pardot's ability to sync with Salesforce and send the info over. What do you dislike? Works, but not user friendly

What do you like best? The ability to see on a calendar view the emails you've sent may be the best feature of Pardot. It's fairly easy to access success metrics such as open rates and click-through rates. What do you dislike? We often come across bugs that even Pardot's technical team can't answer. We once duplicated an old eblast's template, and even though proofs of the new email looked good, when we sent the email, it pulled the content from the original blast we had duplicated. ...
