intuitive and quick
What do you like best? pardot's synchronization with salesforce comes in handy often, and its capabilites outside of working in sync with salesforce are also great. you can move in and out of it quickly What do you dislike? the only thing i don't like is the lack of customization when it comes to reporting. it provides you with canned reports that may not be useful for the metrics you want to see depending on the tactic you are pursuing with the email blasts What business problems ...

Easy to Clean, Clean UI, Works Great with Salesforce
What do you like best? It is easy to use and does not require much explanation. The UI is very clean and not overwhelming. Engagement studio has evolved quite nicely and allows for creating massive email campaigns with ease, just takes some time. The sync and custom properties to SF work nicely but could expand a little more. What do you dislike? Not everything is mobile responsive out of the box, such as landing pages, emails, and so on. They don't have predefined parameters for ...

Beautiful email campaigns that deliver!
What do you like best? You can send the right message at the right time — just set it and forget it with scheduled email sending and autoresponders. What do you dislike? The cost is a little much. There are some who prefer HubSpot over Pardot, so that is a challenge. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our sales and marketing goals are now on the same side of the spectrum and our conversion rates are climbing.

Great product but needs perfecting
What do you like best? I really liked how well and easy it was to integrate Pardot with Salesforce What do you dislike? I didn’t like that the system had a ton of potential, but to me the dashboard is not very well organized and setting up campaigns isn’t as easy as I would have liked What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collecting emails and data from ads running on Facebook and Google was tough to keep organized and easy to get ...

So much functionality
What do you like best? Pardot has a lot of functionality-- it can really take your marketing to the next level. What do you dislike? The email templates are not so great. You have to do some coding to do simple things, like making an email 2 columns. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Pardot to 'grow' leads before they go to our sales team. The engagement studio function has been very useful for this.
