Pardot pros and cons

  • Direct Salesforce CRM integration gives unified pipeline visibility across sales and marketing.

  • Drag-and-drop tools for landing pages and emails work without technical expertise.

  • Analytics and reporting let teams optimize campaigns and track performance.

Comparable to Marketo, Sharp Spring, etc. with a little more usability

What do you like best? Excellent for organizations with someone onboard who is able to help set up, automate, etc. If you have leads organized by territory, it is extremely user-friendly with regard to letting reps stay on top of their own leads. What do you dislike? It does require someone to set it up, and you generally will have to click into the prospect's name to be able to see details, rather than the "blurb" that marketo gives you. This may add 3-4 seconds per lead. What ...

They are highly useful, knowledgeable, patient and responsive to our needs. They always help us with some problem or issue. Also, I like its dynamic list feature it is easy to set up and helps you to deploy the business logic onto the campaigns so you can be sure ...

Great tool for all kinds of businesses

What do you like best? Easy to track, everyone on our team can access the data. What do you dislike? Little bit expensive, they are ripe for a competitor to disrupt. It also stinks that someone cannot respond directly to the email sender. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Generally this works as expected, providing us access to data we have never had access before
