What do you like best? Pantheon has the best customer service and ticketing system. They are very responsive with any inquiries one may have about their website, the underlying infrastructure of the hosting, and provide feedback and guidance if a customer is unsure of their needs.

What do you like best about Pantheon? It's relatively simply to manage staging and live environments and everything is geared toward running an optimal Drupal install (in our particular case). During our most recent redesign, we were able to design everything in the same place and push live pretty easily.

What do you like best about Pantheon? Ease of use. It doesn't take long at all to setup your application and get Drupal running. It's also pretty great to have a dev and test site right out of the box, and spinning up a new multi-dev server takes 5 minutes. For a team with limited resources it's great not to have to work about dev ops.
