What do you like best about Pantheon? The chat support and online community (Slack flow, mainly) were instrumental in my onboarding to an existing Pantheon environment. It was my first experience with managed hosting, and I was able to understand it eventually.

What do you like best about Pantheon? The insistence that you follow a dev > stage > prod workflow makes Pantheon a really amazing option for agencies that do client handoff. A lot of client problems with infrastructure get solved by just building on Pantheon and encouraging the client to stay there.
