"Extremely frustrating to work with, but has some perks. "

What do you like best? Setting up new sites is easy. In theory, maintenance should be a breeze, but that's where some of the problems come into play. Customer service (can be) great when you get the right person.

"Standardize your Hosting with Pantheon"

What do you like best about Pantheon? Pantheon workflow between Dev, Test, and Live. It's great to have this workflow pre-setup for you, and there's no worries about going forward. Additionally, I like the process of taking a website live. It's clear and concise. The DNS information provided is helpful, and can be easily copied.

"Appropriate for many sites, but not all."

What do you like best about Pantheon? Pantheon is a good option for sites that follow what I'd call a basic profile - standard Drupal concepts, only a few if any external backing services (e.g., Solr) - and for whom managing things like a git repo or deployment strategy is too complex.

"Pantheon is the Cadillac of managed WordPress"

What do you like best about Pantheon? Being able to get a WordPress site with dev, test, and live environments up and running (with backups) in under 15 minutes is fantastic. Doing this manually, would take at least an hour or two.

"Reliable and safe hosting, my go to host"

What do you like best about Pantheon? I never doubt the security of my site. Also love that its a fully integrated solution. As a developer, it has git, branching, environments, etc... all in one package available to me. No more wasting countless hours setting up stuff, its all there out of the box.
