What do you like best? I like the DEV and TEST environments, in theory, but I have often had things working perfectly on those sites, but then NOT work when I push them to the Live site. So what's the point? Support does respond quickly, the chat is quite useful (although it always says "5 minute response time," and it takes at least 10-15), and they do their best to help (see below).

What do you like best about Pantheon? Pantheon comes bundled with some great features including a global CDN and SSL provisioning. I can quickly push sites into production. It has an easy backup and restore feature. The account dashboard is easy to use and helps us to view errors. It's a great development pipeline where code is pushed up and content is pulled down.
